SIGNATURE MANAGEMENT CORP. RECEIVES PRESTIGIOUS AWARDS IN 2009

Local Real Estate and Property Management Group is recognized for Excellence.

(Virginia Beach, VA) – October 18, 2009: Signature Management Corp. proudly announces that it has again been honored for excellence by local and national industry groups. The U.S. Commerce Association, The Daily Press, The Peninsula Apartment Council and the Tidewater Builders Association have each honored Signature. The local trade associations have awarded Signature honors for each and every apartment community managed by Signature in their respective award categories.

1. The Peninsula Apartment Council has also awarded Signature Place its top honor, the “Award of Excellence” in its respective age category for the 11th consecutive year.

2. Similarly, The Daily Press has awarded it the “2009 Best Apartment Distinctive Living Award in Hampton.”
