After a good, solid season of celebration and indulgence, your body and mind may be craving a little recovery and clean living. Whether you're into making New Year's resolutions or not, a new year and a new month signal a perfect opportunity for putting your diet back into check.

We know your time is precious, and we don't want you to have to spend hours scouring the internet and the grocery aisles for healthy eating inspiration. We've gone out and found 10 recipes that pack in both healthy nutrients AND taste.
