Q: What is the application fee and deposit?
A: Our application fee is $50. We charge a deposit based on your credit and rental references. Deposits start at $200 up to one month's rent.
Q: What should I bring to apply?
A: In order to complete the application review process, we will need you to
submit your application to our leasing office along with your photo ID and proof of
employment (paycheck stubs, LES or offer letter). Please bring proof of any other income that you will be using to qualify, as well as the names and numbers of apartment communities or homes you have rented at previously (rental references). Click here for our Criteria.
Q: I've changed my mind, is my money refundable?
A: Once we've received your application, your application fee is non-refundable. Your deposit is fully refundable within 72 hours of your application. After 72 hours it is non-refundable as we have held an apartment just for you.
Q: I've completed my application, how long until I know if I'm approved?
A: Usually we complete applications within 2 business days, but we really depend on you to give us complete information. The more you give us, the easier it is for us to get you approved and into your new apartment!
